Announcement - Termination of Load Flow Commitments for 2022

Due to current developments, it has emerged at short notice that terranets bw has procured more load flow commitments than are required for 2022. We are therefore interested in reducing the amount of load flow commitments agreed with our bidders. Each bidder will be contacted for this purpose.

The bidders can inform us by 14.07.2022 17:00 whether and to what extent they are willing to reduce the load flow commitments agreed with us. terranets bw will then accept or reject the collected offers for reduction according to economic efficiency criteria based on a MOL. In case of acceptance by terranets bw, the bidders shall be released from their obligation to perform for the respective lots towards terranets bw and terranets bw shall be released from its payment obligation accordingly. terranets bw reserves the right to accept the offered reduction of the load flow commitments only partially. This offer shall cover the period 01.12.2022 6:00 a.m. to 01.01.2023 6:00 a.m. on a monthly basis. All bids received by 14.07.2022 17:00 shall be considered. Acceptance of the bids shall be effected by returning the contract countersigned by terranets bw together with the new bidding form by e-mail. The bidders will be informed about the success of the offer by 20.07.2022 12:00 at the latest. Any partial acceptance shall be effected by amending the figures entered by the bidders in the bidding form.

The contracted load flow commitments after the return shall be published at terranets bw: Market information > transparency data (terranets-bw.de).
