Pursuant to the ruling BK9-19/610 (REGENT 2021) of the Bundesnetzagentur the capacity fees for a firm freely allocable capacity with a term of one year for interconnection and storage-network points to be applied as of January 1st, 2024, amounts to 5,10 €/(kWh/h)/a.
Pursuant to the ruling BK9-19/610 (REGENT 2021) of the Bundesnetzagentur the preliminary capacity fees for a firm freely allocable capacity with a term of one year for internal order points and ultimate consumer points to be applied as of January 1st, 2024, amounts as well to 5,10 €/(kWh/h)/a.
Pursuant to § 6 (5) of the Cooperation Agreement between the operators of gas supply grids in Germany as amended on August 12th, 2022, effective from October 1st, 2022 (Cooperation Agreement XIII – German KoV XIII) the final capacity fees for these points will be published until December 2nd 2023 at the latest. The capacity fee for a firm freely allocable capacity is valid from 1 January 2024 to 1 January 2025.
