We connect. Energy. Securely.

Security of supply at its highest level, today and tomorrow – this is our highest priority at terranets bw. With our approximately 2,750 km long pipeline network we ensure the independent and non-discriminatory transmission of gas from Lower Saxony to Lake Constance. And with our comprehensive fibre optics network, we also provide our customers with an array of telecommunications services.

Numerous cities and communities in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse as well as parts of Switzerland, Vorarlberg and the Principality of Liechtenstein are connected to the terranets bw pipeline. And the demand for transmission capacity is continually increasing.

To guarantee that our customers can also rely on a secure supply of gas in the future, we are continually developing our pipelines and systems. Today already, we are working on the energy supply of tomorrow and are preparing our network for the transmission of hydrogen.

Approximately 300 terranets bw employees are working at ten locations in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse for a stable and future-proof supply at its highest possible level. And of course, we are always at your service – wherever you need us.

Management

Katrin Flinspach, Managing Director

With approximately 300 employees at 9 locations in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse we ensure a secure supply of gas. And we have been doing this for more than 60 years. Also in the long term, the gas infrastructure is a future-proof partner for the energy transition. Where natural gas is needed today, we will be transporting hydrogen in the future. To make sure the energy transition is successful, we are already developing solutions for the supply of tomorrow´s energy.
