Disrupted market communication due to short-term maintenance work on the back-end system

Due to short-term updates to the backend system, there are currently communication problems. This affects, among other things, the marketing of auctions and booking processes on the PRISMA platform, nomination and allocation processes and publication obligations.

UNIFORM TARIFF FOR MARKET AREA TRADING HUB EUROPE GMBH TO BE APPLIED AS OF JANUARY 1ST 2024

Pursuant to the ruling BK9-19/610 (REGENT 2021) of the Bundesnetzagentur, the tariff for annual firm freely allocable capacity (FZK) in the market area of Trading Hub Europe GmbH to be applied as of January 1st 2024 until January 1st 2025 amounts to 5,10 €/kWh/h/a.

Termination of the announcement of measures in the context of the gas crisis

Today the German Transmission System Operators are terminating the announcement of measures in accordance with the Gas Crisis Prevention Guideline called out in March 2022, as there is no longer any special risk or disruption to the safety or reliability of the gas supply system expected.
The transmission system operators will continue to monitor the situation closely and, if the situation deteriorates, will inform about the measures to be taken.

UNIFORM TARIFF FOR MARKET AREA TRADING HUB EUROPE GMBH TO BE APPLIED AS OF JANUARY 1ST 2023

Pursuant to the ruling BK9-19/610 (REGENT 2021) of the Bundesnetzagentur, the tariff for annual firm freely allocable capacity (FZK) in the market area of Trading Hub Europe GmbH to be applied as of January 1st 2023 until January 1st 2024 amounts to 6,03 €/kWh/h/a. The fees were recalculated on the basis of the BNetzA decision BK9-22/615 (REGENT recalculation 2023). According to ongoing appeals procedures against REGENT the tariff may be adjusted.

RELLOCATION OF CAPACITIES AT RC BASEL

terranets bw will reduce the exit capacity at IP Basel beginning from September 1st 2022, for quarters 4/2022, 1/2023, 2/2023 and 3/2023 by 36.800 kWh/h. The reason for this is a national obligation by the NRA to reallocate capacities for upcoming auctions in the gas year 2022/2023 if they were not completely booked in the last quarterly auction.
