UNIFORM TARIFF FOR MARKET AREA NET CONNECT GERMANY TO BE APPLIED AS OF JANUARY 1ST 2021

Pursuant to the ruling BK9-18/610-NCG (REGENT) of the Bundesnetzagentur, the tariff for annual firm freely allocable capacity (FZK) in the market area of Net Connect Germany to be applied as of January 1st 2021 until October 1st 2021 amounts to 3,77 €/kWh/h/a. According to ongoing appeals procedures against REGENT the tariff may be adjusted.

According to tenor 3 lit. a of the BNetzA decision KAP+ from 25.03.2020 (BK7-19-037) TSO terranets bw GmbH informed BNetzA about the amount of additional capacity ("Zusatzkapazität") and disclosed this information on her homepage https://www.terranets-bw.de/aktuelles/aktuelle-mitteilungen/. In the following years equivalent information will solely be disclosed on the homepage of terranets bw GmbH.
